We're rolling out an update to PrecisionLender's Relationship Awareness processing service for clients on NA-01 beginning Monday, April 19th at 8 PM EDT through Tuesday, April 20th at 12 PM EDT.
During this time, clients on NA-01 will be unable to upload new Relationship Awareness data files. Additionally, uploads may be sent prior to 8 PM EDT, but could potentially fail to process during the window. As a result, Relationship data in PrecisionLender may not be updated until the next successful upload following the maintenance window. With this in mind, we recommend delaying Relationship Awareness uploads until after 12 PM EDT on April 20th.
Clients who access PrecisionLender via any of the URLs listed in the System Status support article should not be impacted during this window.
